I recently completed the 3 day Learn to Meditate course with Babs and can without a doubt say it was such a rewarding, enjoyable and fulfilling experience for me. It was something I had always wanted to learn so that I would be able to improve my self care and this course provided the tools and the awareness that I needed. I learnt so much and Babs teaches in the most gentle, knowledgeable and compassionate way; she is just amazing and it was so lovely to connect with others in the group and learn from them also. Including this meditation in my day is helping me to take a step back, breathe, think clearer and be grateful whilst easing the stresses and worries of everyday life. I would say to anyone if you want to do something good for yourself that this course should be your first step in taking the path to a more positive, balanced and happy you!
