The Heartspace Meditation course was a beautiful and important investment in me and my wellbeing. I did the course at a time of real challenge and it provided such a great resource, for me to move through this difficult time with greater ease.  I learnt how to slowly release stress and anxiety from my body and find a sense of presence with myself, giving access to a connection of my own inner wisdom.  I am so grateful to have learnt a meditation technique, in a very supportive environment, that I can easily integrate into daily living. I felt in such safe and compassionate hands with Babs.  Since doing the course I feel a greater sense of connection to myself, more aware of my mind, body and heart and as a result I’m experiencing greater meaning in my life, bringing more alive energy into my home and everyday living.  When I practice either alone or as part of the group at the monthly Connect In, I become calm, clear, and feel empowered – which is exciting!
