I recently enjoyed the 3 Day Learn to Meditate Course with Babs. It is amazing how quickly you feel the benefits. Better sleep, calmness and patience, dealing with stress and more energy are some of the areas I have noticed improvement. The practice that Babs teaches is simple and effective. I thoroughly recommend investing in this course especially during this difficult time of turmoil and uncertainties. It has given me a tool to help myself (and those around me) and that feels very empowering.
