What is Winter Chill?
These weekly sessions are a beautiful way to join others who are curious about meditation and share a group meditation experience throughout the Winter of 2024/25.
Each week you will be guided through a meditation and after we will have some time to talk and learn more about meditation, how our minds work, the effect stress, fatigue and anxiety can have on our minds and bodies. We will debunk many of the false misconceptions about meditation including the idea that when you meditate your mind should be empty of thoughts! Every week you will build on what you have learned previously and each week you will start to feel the benefits of meditating weekly!
