When I did the Heartspace Meditation course with Babs, I had limited experience with meditation and wasn’t really looking to get into it, but instead I ended up doing the course by chance and I’m very grateful that I did. It has had so many positive affects for me; including better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, a better sense of self and a confidence in myself and in decision making. I would highly recommend doing the course with lovely Babs, it is a very calm and enjoyable experience which has so many positive impacts!
